Gerekçe: Müstehcenlik Mabel Matiz’in “Ha Leylim” şarkısının video klibi hakkında İstanbul Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı tarafından “müstehcenlik” iddiasıyla soruşturma başlatıldı. Soruşturmanın ardından klip hakkında erişimin engellenmesi kararı verildi. Klipte iki erkek oyuncunun yer aldığı ve karşılıklı dans ettiği sahneler soruşturma sürecindeki değerlendirmelere konu oldu.
